Here's a list of food that taste good and its good for you. It can be eaten daily, and you can replace it with the chips and candy you eat everyday. Treat your body well now and it will treat you well in the end.
You ever noticed when you eat alot of junk food you start to feel like crap? I've been there as well. Lets stop hurting ourselves and start loving ourselves. Put down the candy bar and pick up the granola bar.

As the holidays approach, stay focused on your task at hand. Try to keep your weekly workout routine the same. Don't stuff yourself like a thanksgiving turkey or a fattened pig preparing for the slaughter. Love yourself by denying your appetite the food it wants to make you feel ashamed of how you'll look, your self-esteem, and healthy well being. We all have weak points in our lives, but strive to break those chains that try to hold you down. One day when you least expect it, you'll find yourself free without even knowing it.
